CCM offers a portable credential that increases professional stature, earning potential and advancement opportunities. CCM is the "gold standard" in personnel credentials for the Construction Management profession. This one globally respected certification defines the content, standards and values of the profession, identifies its most qualified practitioners, and offers an assurance of excellence to anyone hiring or retaining a Construction Manager. As part of our strategic plan, which we have recently implemented, we have set a goal to increase the number of CCM's in our chapter by 1% to 2% each year for the next five (5) years. In order to accomplish this goal we need participation from our members who may be eligible CCM candidates. We are reaching out to our current members who are not CCM's looking for them to participate to help us reach our goals. We plan to assign each candidate with a mentor/protégé to guide them through the certification process. Show your commitment to excellence by becoming a CCM. Strengthen your team with CCMs for better project results. We would conduct CCM SOP Workshops to prepare the candidates for the exam beginning in February. There will be five - two (2) hour sessions where we would cover two (2) SOP's at each session. Those sessions will take place on the following dates:

Standards of Practice Distance Learning Course:
CMAA presents its Standards of Practice Distance Learning Course in a comprehensive, self-paced instructional program delivered by industry leading Certified Construction Managers. This 16.5-hour, online, eight-module curriculum is excellent education for those individuals preparing for the CCM examination as well as individuals interested in learning more about the core competencies of professional Construction Management. Modules are self-paced and include assessments.
